Alejandra Llaneza professional LPGA.
Alejandra was referred to me because she experienced discomfort in her hips and pain in the right hand. Her range of motion, especially her golf swing, was getting restricted. She tried to increase core strength to overcome pain and stiffness but not getting the results she wanted. She tried a personal trainer, massage therapist, and many modalities, including chiropractic sessions.
We went over her movement patterns and some videos she shares with me. We analyzed what she thought was needed to improve and what her golf coach was working on to increase her power and game performance.
I introduced Ale to the idea of a dynamic core that can exist only in an open space inside her. The concept of a core that produces power by tensing the center of body was restricting her potencial from movement and power and colapsing her body. Opening the body into expansion will get her the result she wanted. To open the space for movement begins by opening the mind into new ways of existence.
The work that Karla and I have done has given me much more body and space awareness as well as learning where movement originates from. She’s helped me realize the power of expanding the mind so the body can follow. And how relaxing and having the right picture in your minds eye can help you reach heights you never though possible before. Her concepts help me think of movement as an infinite flow and not as a sharp separate movement. After working together I feel lighter, with more range of motion and the exciting realization that possibilities are endless.
Yes, I can feel how I can move more freely and my swing flowing better. I also feel more grounded and balanced when I walk as well as when I hit the shots.
Yes, the movement felt a lot ‘easier’ and effortless. As well as being able to generate more speed.
